Listing terms for businesses

These terms apply to kennels, catteries, pet sitters and other businesses listed on this site. The site is published by Pet Humanization Empire (Kwan J Ajak), Melbourne, Victoria, ABN 20 235 092 068, info@pethumanizationempire.com ("we").

1. Listings are free

• Listing is free for every relevant business. There are no fees, no sign-up and no payment, and there are no paid placements.
• Nobody pays to be listed or to change what we report.
• To be listed, email us your business name, suburb and region, city, type of business, website, a link to your published prices and your Christmas rules.

2. Where our information comes from

• We publish information from public sources, mainly your own website (price lists, peak-season pages, FAQs and terms), or what you send us in writing.
• Every price and rule is shown with its source and the date we checked it. If something isn't published, we say "not published".
• We may also list businesses that have not asked to be listed, using information they publish.
• Price comparison tables are always in price order.

3. Corrections and removal

• You can ask us to correct or update your listing at any time, free. We check changes against your website before publishing them.
• You can ask us to remove your listing, and we will remove it or correct it on request.
• We may decline or remove a listing that is not relevant, can't be verified, or would mislead pet owners.

4. Third-party prices

• Prices, rules and availability belong to each business and change often. We copy them as published on the date shown, but we are not responsible for third-party prices or for a business's actual quote, availability or terms. Pet owners should always confirm with the business before booking.
• We don't guarantee any number of visitors, enquiries or bookings.

5. Other

• We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
